RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Return Policy for Custom-Made, Vintage, and Surplus Items

 

At Bare Metals Welding, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the unique nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges.

 

Custom-Made Items:

 

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable: As custom-made items are tailored specifically to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or significantly different from what was described.

 

If there is an issue with a custom item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.


 

Vintage and Surplus Items:

 

Condition Disclosure: All vintage and surplus items are sold "as-is," with their condition clearly described and photographed in the product listing. These items may show signs of wear, which adds to their character.

 

Return Eligibility: Returns on vintage and surplus items are only accepted if the item is significantly misrepresented or arrives in a condition different from what was described. Please review the product details carefully before purchasing.

 

If an item qualifies for return, please contact us within 7 days  of delivery.


 

How to Initiate a Return:

 

1. Email us at customerservice@baremetalswelding.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number, a detailed explanation, and photos if necessary.


 

2. We will review your request and provide return authorization if applicable.



 

Refund Process:

 

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment within 14 days after receiving the returned item, exact time depends on your card issuer, and the return method.

 

Custom-made items are not eligible for refunds unless defective or incorrect.

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

 

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.


 

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items:

 

Custom-made products, items marked as "Final Sale," and certain vintage or surplus items may not be eligible for return, as outlined in the product description.


 

Return Shipping:

 

For approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrectly listed. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item arrives safely.


 

Exchanges:

 

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of many of our products, exchanges may not be possible. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order if the replacement item is available.
